2 possible harmonics setup on the weekly chart. Levels to look out for are 1400 and 1240 level, if price manages to break below 1400, most likely its heading towards 1240 impulsively. If supports are seen at these level, indicating a possible lower high, then we have a divergence on the RSI(bullish). Longing it to 1475 with S/L at 1390. Looking to long if price drops to 1240-ish.

Based on the weekly chart, the 2nd scenario seems more likely. Hence i will be looking to short GBP/USD on the break of the H4 trendline. However, if price chooses the first scenario, i will still short it at 88.6. Based on my analysis so far and by cross referencing to EUR/GBP , its likely that we should see strength in EUR and weakness in GBP.

Got stopped out yesterday by about 10+ pips. This is still a potential short trade at least to the uptrend line at around 150.40. Divergence is seen too. Will be monitoring to trading opportunities next week.
